March and April 2025

Because our switch to Autotask, I needed to re-develop our data insertion, dashboarding, datawarehouse, etc. This also resulted in a renewed dashboard and other functionality like PDF reporting for customers.

February 2025

After years of using our own in house produced software as an ERP, we’ve made the step to AutoTask.

I was part of a small team of 4 that did the complete setup and migration (finance, products, services, etc.). Personally I was responsible for migrating the full servicedesk part and all the data extraction and insertion.

May 2024

After the success of Wiki.JS and the implementation of Datto. We as a company decided that we would use ITGlue for other purposes in the future. But ITGlue also includes a documentation part. Which meant the end of Wiki.JS after half a year.

My team and I were responsible for setting up ITglue and also converting all the know data sources into it.

March 2024

Together with one of the other managers we implemented Datto RMM on 2500 devices. We did all the necessary components like policies, user and device onboarding, customer scripting, etc. 

November 2023

Within Techni Team I published the fourth version of the customer service dashboarding.

October 2023

In October 2023 I implemented a knowledge base named Wiki.JS within Techniteam and all departmens.

February 2022

I published the first version of the BI dashboarding for the Techni Team servicedesk.

2021

During 2021 I have created a standard for documenting processes within Techni Team. This is including BPMN, statistics, etc.
